Lisa is an internationally acclaimed Italian-Australian photographer known for her intimate documentary-style portraiture. Authentic and emotive, her work captures fleeting moments of human connection and explores themes of motherhood, caregiving, domestic life, and the representation of women.
Lisa’s artistry has been widely featured in the world’s most respected publications, including The New Yorker, TIME Magazine, The New York Times, and Creative Review.
Her work has also been recognised by multiple prestigious industry awards, including the Taylor Wessing Photographic Portrait Prize (UK) and the National Portrait Prize (Australia). In 2023, she debuted her first solo exhibition, Behind Glass, at the Centre for Contemporary Photography in Melbourne.
